Like, you I have invested all over and do my due diligence. as a matter of fact I have at present three other investments that are going on. Not in Morocco.

I am not a disgruntled Fadesa buyer infact I have not bought from them. Nor have I ever been employed by them. I have seen what they have done & their finished product so its all tangilble results that I talk about.

I am very happy for you that you bought at Alcudia and wish you all the best from your investment in short, medium or long term.

ok guys. thanks for all the input. there's certainly a number of conflicting views and opinions and to be honest, i did expect that. if you get all positive responses, there's something wrong with the development!!

well, i think im going to do a bit more digging and comparison before i make up my mind.

but thanks for the advice anyway.

I am going to Tetuan area on Thurs this week, and viewing Alcudir smir with Fadesa and also Playa vistas. Ill let you know how its all going! I am also interested in a large country property with land to reform in the area. Does anyone has any experience of this or is this forum just new devs? I am looking to move to the area to live next year. We are in the business of furniture packs. Does anyone know about schooling for children in Tetuan they are fluent in Spanish and English.We are also bringing 5 horses with us.
