Tanjah no longer For Sale??

I have tried calling a few agents over the past few days to see if I can buy anything on this development. All are telling me that the developers have put a hold on sales because of new prices and contracts and will be launching again in a few weeks. Seems a bit strange…. Has anyone get any news as to what’s going on?

Dreamworld have now secured the much awaited Build Licence for the above Development.


This is an edited copy of an email received from Dreamworld the Development Agents for Tanjah Beach.
Please be advised that as of Thursday morning 16 August 2007 the prices will increase by a minimum of 30%. The new price list will be forwarded to you in due course. No reservations on the old price list will be accepted after this date.

Ok, that’s what I’ve been told today as well. But, can you please clarify if Dreamworld are the developer or the agent? I have read in various places that they do not own any land and they too are an agent and that the real developer is someone called Gilmore.. Thanks for your help

Noor, form my research, Dreamworld are not the developer but the master agent. I don't think they have ever made this clear... not even today. And yes, the project has been put on hold and Dreamworld and associated agents are not selling until Nov/ Dec this year.

Hi Everyone,

I was very interested to see the concerns and comments that others have posted on the forum regarding Tanjah.

I also received an update from Dreamworld and subsequently requested some further information in order to have this posted on my website, but so far have had no reply from either the webmaster at Dreamworld or the person who sent me the updated information.

I know a couple of people to buy at Tanjay and they are awaiting their contracts not sure about not selling it anymore ? prices did go up recently I know but its not sold out I understand ???
