Marrakech (sometimes spelt as Marrakesh), also known as the "Pearl of the South" is one of the most enchanting cities in Morocco. As soon as you arrive in Marrakech, you'll immediately fall under the spell of this magical place with its fascinating people, culture and history. Although one of the most visited touristic regions of Morocco, the local property market has only been concentrated on resales.
