Read on the newswire about a new project being launched in marrakech called Atlas Garden. Reem Investments which is an abu dhabi based company has tied in with the moroccan government to build a 200 hectra project (not sure whether this is IN marrakech or somewhere on the outskirts!)
the project will have hotels, fitness club, golf course, market, and so on......the standard making of any large scale project today......seems a bit boring now doesn't it....it's so predictable now when a new project is announced what that project is going to encompass.....even i could be a planner!! don't have to be einstein to do it.
anyway, back to the point, this project was part of 4 projects recently announced by the king which forms part of $3.4bn investment....
Looks like morocco's heading in dubai's direction?? too many projects and not enough demand to keep up??
