Which coast??

Not sure if anyone has a preference, but in terms of investment, which coast is better? the atlantic or the med??

From i've been told (when I have spoken with agents) they reckon the med coast is a better bet due to the calmer seas and climate...I was told that teh Atlantic side tends to be more volatile. Maybe someone else can share their experience

From a weather view point the med coast is better. The Atlantic coast may have hotter temperatures all year round but it is uncomfortable sitting on the beach because its VERY windy. The sand blows everywhere, last time i was blown along the beach!Also the sea is too rough to swim in and would certainly not be safe for children. I checked out the med coast before buying and was reassured that there was no wind problem! I then chose a resort which has year round facilities.
