Some Advice please…

I already own 2 overseas properties in Dubai and Turkey, which I've purchased over the past few years.

Being a Muslim, I really want to continue buying in a Muslim country and have been looking at Morocco in detail. However, looking at all the opportunities out there, I am some what confused as to where to buy!! I’ve never been to Morocco and have see on the net that the region is now undergoing major investment, so I am keen. I have considered the areas of Tangiers, Marrakech and Fez. I’ve looked at riads, villas and apartments but still remain unsure of the best investment.

I have a budget of around £150k and I would like an investment as well as a holiday home for my family. Can anyone suggest the various options that I should consider before making my decision? Thank you.

Hi Dear Shawaz,
I am a Moroccoan Property and Real Estate Manager. I have a large portfolio to present to you. Morocco is indeed the best place to invest in as well as to pass enjoyable holiday with your family. However, I need to know your needs as with 150kpounds you can have a nice investment either in Fez, Marrakech, Saidia-Med as well if you are looking for a 5stars resort beach and golf front.
Best Regards,
KM

Hello confused confused!!
My best advice if you are wanting a holiday home is to go & check out the country yourself. We also have a place in turkey & morocco is completely different. There are so many projects in Morocco that you will never be able to decide as an armchair investor. Also each area is very different in terms of climate & locale & vibe.
We bought a house in asilah & renovated it last year - hardly anyone in the uk even knows about it...but it's a gem. ..but it might not rock your boat...though.
