How secure is this?

I have been looking around for properties in morocco for a while, but havent made the plunge yet. first time fears, i guess!

anyway, i got the details through for this royal moroc investment and just wanted to know how secure was it. i like the overall sound of it and the fact that its still prelaunch. but im not too sure about parting with my £1000 and then not knowing when things will happen.

anyone had any experience with this development, and any tips?

Having spoken to a UK agent, I was impressed with their knowledge and what the deal had to offer, especially only a 15% down payment and sent through my £1,000 reservation chq. I have since received a letter from developer who has confirmed that I can withdraw at any time prior to full product launch or 21 days after the development is put to market and still get a full refund.

My only reservation about this whole thing is that I’ve been there before in Spain and the development wasn’t launched for almost 8 months - and even then it didn’t really turn out to be as good as it was expected!! So, if your prepared to let your £1,000 sit in someone else’s account for a few months, it could be worth waiting for, then again maybe not…Tough decision

£1k to ensure you only pay the 15% deposit otherwise you need to pay the whole 30% at launch.

Nice little gimmick, but even though still very tempting.

If the release date is only a couple of weeks away, then it’s worth getting a look in. Worst case, you don't like what you see and ask for you money back. T4B.

Take Care Don´t Invest With Them! They Said They Would Refund All Deposits, They Took 4 Months To Refund Mine And The Cheque They Eventually Sent Me Bounced!!
Their Project Is The Worst Mess Ever, Prices Are Way Over The Market, Really Stay Away From Any Project From Them, That Is Just A Cheap Way To Get Your Money To Pay For Existing Debts.......

Thanks for your reply. I have invested in this development so now I feel real bad as per your post. I will speak to the guy who sold me this and ask him for his remarks on your scenario as well as getting my refund back as I was gonna go for 2 plots but my friend has dropped out so I will start chasing my deposit refund this week, after reading how long it took for you to get yours back, thanks again. Any other advice or your progress on getting the refund would be very appreciated and beneficial. Regards, Ketan.

No, I Have not one of my criteria for investment is to know who the developers, their passed finished works & their reputation. Any negative feed back. I move on.
