| Fadesa to Develop at Plage Blance
The Fadesa Group which currently has a strong footage in Morocco recently announced that they will build more than 5,000 tourist residences in the last part of the Plan of Azur located in the province of Guelmim, also known as the “White Beach”.
Having gained the development rights to this seaside resort, Fadesa announced that “the new project will comprise of 1,338 residential apartments, 865 tourist villas, with a further 1,850 apartments and 980 tourist villas coupled with a minimum of 8 hotels with 4 and 5 stars, a 18 hole golf course, a business centre, a shopping centre, Spa and various leisure faculties. |
