Mediterrania Saidia is a coastal resort and is set to become one of Europe's greatest tourist locations. With 18,000 inhabitants, Mediterrania Saidia has 10km of fine sand and an ideal climate that makes it one of the beautiful seaside resorts of Northern Morocco. Developments like Fadesa apartments in Saidia, Oasis Beach and Golf Resort and Le Jardin de Fleur are located in Mediterrania Saidia.
Its difficult to say exactly. At a guess I would think that there will be some further disruption and delays. Addoha will then buy the other half of Fadesa's assets in Morocco, and complete the infrastructure build.
