Anyone know where i can buy new duplex / appartment (not too expensive)

Hello,
Anyone know projects or maybe nice appartment for sale in Doukkala Abda? I am searching for an appartment (close to the beach) for myself which is not expensive with a balcony or a terras.
I am moroccan but living in Europe (but cant speak arabic unf.... i hope i will learn that in my appartment soon ).
I am not an investor or something so i dont have a huge bankaccount. I must arrange a mortgage at a Moroccan bank.
Anyone with some good advice?
Thank you!

Fatima, what is "Not expensive" to you. I dont see any relevence if you can speak the language or not with buying a duplex.

Personally, I cannot believe that any one can forget their mother tongue. Yes, the vocabulary may diminish.

Hi Camel,
Well... the relevence... ehmm if i was grown up with both languages of my parents it would be much easier in communications. I speak Dutch fluently but i think they don't in Morocco :-)
French i had 1 year at school but thats not enough to understand every word of real estate sites on the internet word by word.
But probably it would be a better idea to ask my father to join me for a trip to el Jadida. He speaks moroccan fluently.
tho.. i just wanted to get some information by the net and was happy to find an english forum.....................................

Halima, for your information the language spoken in Morocco is not Moroccan. It is either Arabic and/or Berber. However with its recent Colonial past French & Spanish is also. spoken.

As it seams that you cant speak the language and you stated that " He speaks moroccan fluently " This made me realise that perhaps you were not aware of the language in Morocco.

I am happy that you are aware that Arabic/Berber is the language & not Moroccan. Back to the main issue, you have still not staed what is " not too expensive "

This comes to around €45000. I am afraid for this you will not be able to get even a one bedroom 30M2.

If you buy in an area for the locals you will have two problems. One is that the property will not have titles and you don't know who owns it and who you buying from. The second that they know that you are living abroad and they will regularly break into your property.

Sad, but that is the reality of life.
