Buying as company in morocco

Hi,

Is there any advantage of buying property as a company.....i mean, does it help in terms of taxation or does it not? May be you can't even buy as a company.....anyone got experience in this area?

Unless you are actually using the property for a business, such aas a hotel, B&B, store, etc,
buying in a company name will not make sense. Your council taxes and your water and electric rates will be higher if in a company name. You will also not benifit from reduced or no capital gains tax if you keep or property as a main residence for a certain length of time. You will have annual filing fees and obligations, etc. It is easier to keep the property in your own name.
