Hello friends

I've got a one bed unit in alcudia smir development
sea facing
AP1 block
penthouse

I'd like to sell it on and move to other investments, so am looking for reasonable offers. Anyone interested?

Hi Manisha

I think you should expect around €90-95,000 for a quick sale, and I believe the open market value is around €105,000 with some of the resales being done right now. So depending on what you paid for it, you'll have to see whether its worth reselling it right now, or hanging on for a while longer.
