The beautiful town of Asilah is situated in the north of Morocco, 42 kilometres south of Tangier on the Atlantic coast. One can arrive at Tangier airport by direct flight from one of a number of European airports or alternatively fly into Malaga or Gibraltar and take the inexpensive ferry from Tarifa to Tangier.

A brand new motorway accesses Asilah from Tangier in around 20 minutes or you could take the longer and more scenic coastal route. There are plenty of taxis to help make the trip from Tangier or alternatively hire a car. There’s also a bus and train service if required. Asilah is an elegant coastal town with a rich history and a population of around 20,000. There are wide avenues and a pretty palm-lined seafront boulevard, here can be found some of the towns best restaurants, many operated by Spanish owners. There is a picturesque harbour for small craft. Every facility is available in Asilah including banks, chemists, church, numerous hotels with bars open to non-residents and a hospital.

Asilah today is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Moroccan Atlantic Coast, especially in the summer, The Mediterranean architecture of the houses (painted in white and blue), gentleness of the people, museums and street-artists from around the word make Asilah a perfect hideaway.

Your payment structure is weired. The person has to pay 90% before delivery. I do not think this will be of any interest to anyone.

The payment structure is obviously based upon a cash purchase with stage payments during the construction. If you wish to purchase with finance, a mortgage of 50% - 60% of the purchase price can be obtained in Morocco for non-residents. If the person is resident or Moroccan, 100% mortages are available.
