ASILAH

The beautiful town of Asilah is situated in the north of Morocco, 42 kilometres south of Tangier on the Atlantic coast. One can arrive at Tangier airport by direct flight from one of a number of European airports or alternatively fly into Malaga or Gibraltar and take the inexpensive ferry from Tarifa to Tangier.

Hi,

Your payment structure is weired. The person has to pay 90% before delivery. I do not think this will be of any interest to anyone.

The payment structure is obviously based upon a cash purchase with stage payments during the construction. If you wish to purchase with finance, a mortgage of 50% - 60% of the purchase price can be obtained in Morocco for non-residents. If the person is resident or Moroccan, 100% mortages are available. Alternatively, raise the finance off-shore and follow the payment terms above. Regards Grupo Inmobiliario Espmar.
