Thanks for your reply. I have invested in this development so now I feel real bad as per your post. I will speak to the guy who sold me this and ask him for his remarks on your scenario as well as getting my refund back as I was gonna go for 2 plots but my friend has dropped out so I will start chasing my deposit refund this week, after reading how long it took for you to get yours back, thanks again.
