I’ve never been to Morocco and have see on the net that the region is now undergoing major investment, so I am keen. I have considered the areas of Tangiers, Marrakech and Fez. I’ve looked at riads, villas and apartments but still remain unsure of the best investment.

I have a budget of around £150k and I would like an investment as well as a holiday home for my family. Can anyone suggest the various options that I should consider before making my decision? Thank you.
Hello confused confused!!
My best advice if you are wanting a holiday home is to go & check out the country yourself. We also have a place in turkey & morocco is completely different. There are so many projects in Morocco that you will never be able to decide as an armchair investor. Also each area is very different in terms of climate & locale & vibe.
We bought a house in asilah & renovated it last year - hardly anyone in the uk even knows about it...but it's a gem. ..but it might not rock your boat...though.
