I think my point was that there simply aren't sufficient statistics available for the investor in Morocco.
Also there is so much hype about different areas/developments etc it makes it very difficult for a new investor to the market.
Thank you for your offer about areas in Marrakech but I am into renovations & will stick with Asilah & Azemmour. Marrakesh is a bit too busy for a country bumpkin like me!!!
