Indeed real estate marketplace is emerging, you shoud know exactly where the demend is!! Guéliz is a very nice area and demended by those who want to be in the heart of the city for income reasons (rentals) the best investment is à 50 to 70 sqm easy rented and easy for resale! Recently there are developments not really too far from the heart of the city, very high-end qualities, location with guaranteed profitability, now let's say people woud rather invest in such developments where there is a concept, services like SPA, restaurant, commercial center... Not only investors are buying, even tourists who even first visited the city and who loved it buys in such developments for income reasons and holidays as well...
