I bought at Mirador Golf 2 years ago which is in Cabo Negro fairly exclusive area as its already developed so best land already gone etc but the infastrucutre is their good existing golf course and great beach there are a number of devleopments in this area let me know if you need any more info
Prices have doubled pretty much in 2 years but from a fairly low base prices were £500psqm now around £1000psqm which is still cheap |
