Property purchase or any other Investment needs a great deal of research, more research
and yet more research and if you are investing outside UK, you have to undesrtand their law, language, business culture, taxation, the effect of taxation of the particular country with UK taxation etc.
Buying abroad is not to be based on an inspection flight, with the sunshining and the red wine flowing and the agent had made sure that you dont go out of their sights until you have signed on the dotted lines
To be honest with you if the mortgage is "doing your head in" than you should not be getting into overseas market and specially Morocco as mortgage is the easy bit. |
