How does the customs know it is your first time ????. How does one prove that this is their first time, i.e. what is the mechanics of doing so. What paper work will be required ?

I, guess that they will ask you to show your property purchase documents, and after that you will probebly be given a time span say e.g six months etc or perhaps write/stamp something on the passport.
