Sounds very good. I wish you luck, but first tell me, what kind of guarantee do you give potential landlords to assure the min 150 day rental after two years and at what rental income is this guarantee based on? This seems on the face of it like something that just can't be guaranteed. It appears to be a huge risk on your part which in turn becomes a huge risk on the landlord. |
